In order to align the internal processes even better with the customers, DEV needed to replace the outdated CRM system.

After a detailed analysis of possible CRM systems, DEV decided in favor of CamData’s solution.

Thanks to the competent support of CamData, a perfectly matching solution for the requirements of DEV Systemtechnik could be set up and within a very short time all contact data of more than 14.000 customers could be transferred into the new system.

Also the complete project history from more than 20 business years and a five-digit number of data records as well as active projects could be transferred without any interruption and be smoothly integrated into into the existing processes of daily business.

The need for adjustments was surprisingly low and all necessary changes were implemented quickly within the schedule, so that the previous system could be switched off faster than expected.
